college scholarships presented to high school seniors - May 2009
Our club annually presents $1,000 college scholarships to
graduating seniors at Hickman, Rock Bridge and Douglass High Schools. Club
members present the scholarships at the schools' awards assemblies.
Presentations in late May 2009 to the Hickman and Rock Bridge recipients are
shown below.
Hickman senior Lamia Alafaireet receives
a check from Club President Darlene Johnson
Senior Whitney Hamilton was the scholarship recipient at
Rock Bridge.
Her check was presented by club member Cindy Mustard.
