November 25, 2008 - All-Club Thanksgiving Luncheon

On November 25, 2008, members of all Columbia Rotary and Rotaract clubs gathered at the Elks Lodge for the third annual Thanksgiving Luncheon fundraiser. The keynote speaker was Ray Klinginsmith of the Kirksville Rotary Club, who is the Rotary International President-Elect for 2010-2011. Attendees enjoyed a traditional turkey Thanksgiving buffet catered by Jack's Gourmet Restaurant. Club member Keith McLaughlin, second from left, can be seen filling his plate.

Representing all clubs, Columbia Rotary Club President Darlene Johnson presented a contribution to the Central Missouri Food Bank. While the display check says $4,000, the actual final contribution was $4,142.
