Andrew Grabau became the inaugural Executive Director of the William Guitar Little Foundation in December 2024. After ten years as President and CEO of the Heart of Missouri United Way, he now leads efforts to advance transformational philanthropy throughout central Missouri. With more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, community development, and public policy, Andrew brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to addressing complex social issues.
